Welcome to ai-jobs.lol ("**we**," "**us**," the "**Site**"). The Site is operated by Niket Raj Dwivedi. By submitting a job listing, making a payment, or otherwise using the Site, you ("**you**," the "**Company**") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
ai-jobs.lol is a job board where placement is determined solely by the amount paid. There is no algorithm, no editorial ranking, and no login system. Listings are ordered by bid amount, highest first. If two or more listings have the same bid amount, the most recently paid listing is ranked above the earlier ones.
- You do not create an account to use the Site.
- Each submission and payment creates one independent, permanent listing. There is no edit function.
- A single company may submit multiple listings for multiple roles; each is ranked independently based on its own bid.
- Once submitted and paid for, a listing **cannot be edited, paused, or withdrawn by you**. If you made a mistake, contact us using the details in Section 10 — we may, at our sole discretion, correct or remove a listing, but we are under no obligation to do so.
- Rank is determined exclusively by the dollar amount paid at the time of submission.
- There is no cap on the number of listings the Site may display.
- Any other company may submit a listing with a higher bid at any time, which may cause your listing to be outranked. **We do not notify you if this happens**, and there is no mechanism to "top up" or reclaim your prior rank — a new bid requires a new, separate listing.
- Rank does not expire, decay, or reset on any schedule.
**All payments are final.** Because your rank is granted immediately upon successful payment, and because listings cannot be edited or removed by you, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: buyer's remorse, typographical errors in your listing, being subsequently outbid, dissatisfaction with the number of clicks or applicants received, or the position you were expecting versus the position received. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to post on behalf of the company named in the listing.
- The job opportunity described is genuine, currently open, and not misleading.
- The application link, company link, logo, and all other submitted content are accurate, and you either own them or have the right to use and display them on the Site.
- Your listing does not violate any applicable law, infringe any third party's rights, or contain discriminatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful hiring criteria.
- Your listing is not for a multi-level marketing scheme, an unpaid or exploitative "opportunity" disguised as a job, or any offer we reasonably consider a scam.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the logo, text, and links you submit on the Site and in related promotional materials (e.g., a "top jobs today" social post), for as long as the listing remains live.
We may remove, hide, or refuse any listing at our sole discretion — including listings that appear fraudulent, discriminatory, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate — without a refund. We have no obligation to review listings before they go live, and the presence of a listing on the Site is not an endorsement of the company or the role.
The Site links out to third-party application pages, company websites, and social profiles that we do not control and are not responsible for. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in applicants, qualified candidates, or a successful hire. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, or conversions from a listing at any rank.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Dodo Payments). We do not store your full payment card details. Processing fees, chargebacks, and payment disputes are subject to that processor's own terms in addition to these Terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost hiring opportunities, lost revenue, or costs of alternative recruiting. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific listing giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka, India.
