This Privacy Policy explains what information ai-jobs.lol ("**we**," "**us**") collects when you submit a job listing or otherwise use the Site, and how we use it. We built the Site to require as little personal data as possible — there are no accounts and no passwords.
**When you submit a job listing, we collect:**
- Company name, company link (X/LinkedIn/website), job title, category, compensation range, location and employment type, application link, and the logo image you upload.
- The bid amount you pay.
- An email address, collected by our payment processor (Dodo Payments) at the time of payment, used solely to send you a payment receipt.
**We do not require or collect:**
- A password or account of any kind.
- Any personal information about job applicants — applicants are redirected to your own application link, and we do not see or store their data.
**Automatically collected information:**
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and/or a privacy-respecting analytics tool, for the purpose of understanding site traffic and preventing abuse.
We use the information above to:
- Publish and display your job listing on the Site.
- Process your payment and send a receipt.
- Investigate and respond to reports of fraudulent, abusive, or scam listings.
- Understand aggregate site usage (e.g., how many listings are posted, general traffic trends).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor (Dodo Payments). We do not receive or store your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials — that data is held by Dodo Payments subject to [Dodo Payments' own privacy policy](https://dodopayments.com/privacy).
Because listings are permanent and not editable, the content of a listing (company name, logo, links, etc.) is retained indefinitely as part of the public, permanent record of the Site, unless removed at our discretion per our Terms of Service. Email receipts and payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Everything you submit in a job listing — company name, logo, links, job details, and the amount you bid — is displayed publicly on the Site. Do not submit any information in a listing that you do not want to be publicly visible.
The Site contains links to third-party sites (your application link, your company link, social profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. Review their privacy policies independently.
We may use minimal, functional cookies or local storage necessary for the Site to operate (e.g., remembering your place while filling out the submission form) and/or a lightweight analytics cookie to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use cookies for cross-site ad tracking.
Because we collect minimal personal data and there is no account system, most requests relate to listing content rather than personal data. To request removal of a listing, or to ask what limited data we hold about a specific payment, contact us using the details below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (such as under GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you — we will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
The Site is intended for business use by companies hiring for roles, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
